We supplies remote sensing satellite in-orbit delivery service, technical support and cooperation for customers. The customer will see, experience, practice and master the know-how of the whole theoretical and engineering system for R＆D, manufacture, test and operation of satellite and ground segment. The customer will also experience and master the approach to run a complex aerospace project, further understanding the procedure of satellite launch, in-orbit test and acceptance. Also, we proposes package proposal as its unique brand which can effectively decline the revisit time of customer attention area and utilize the convenient ＆ advanced resources of the whole constellation to enhance the customer’s capability.
A constellation with various series of satellites is being built , which will allow us to get images ＆ videos of any place of the world in a very short time. Right now we have 16 satellites in orbit, which makes any place in the world can be observed 3 times per day, the revisit time is less than 30 minutes. Jilin-1 Constellation can provide high resolution images ＆ videos which resolution could range from 0.7m to 4.7m. Customers can join the Jilin-1 constellation by in-orbit delivery service, and ultimately share constellation data and resources. In 2022, the Jilin-1 constellation will have more than 30 in-orbit satellites and will be able to acquire high-resolution images and videos of any places on the earth in 20 minutes.
High-resolution remote sensing satellites with different imaging modes such as gaze imaging and push-broom imaging will be provided according to customer requirements. The satellite weighs less than 200kg and is composed of platforms and payloads, including Structural Subsystem (SS), Thermal Control Subsystem (TCS), Attitude and Orbit Control System (AOCS), Power Supply Subsystem (PSS) and On-board Data Handling Subsystem (OBDH), Telemetry Tracking and Command Subsystem (TT & CS) and Data Transmission Subsystem (DTS). Ground segment construction
The ground segment consists of five subsystems: Fixed Ground Station (FGS), Satellite Control Center (SCC), Image Processing System (IPS), Mission Planning System (MPS) and Data Management System (DMS). The Fixed Ground Station (FGS) is mainly used to track, receive and record the downlink image data from satellites. Meanwhile, it can send remote commands to satellites and receive telemetry data from satellites. The Image Processing System (IPS) is mainly responsible for the pre-processing of the task products, including format analysis, decompression, cataloging, radiometric correction and geometric correction of the original data. The Image Processing System (IPS) is designed mainly to analyze the user requirements, prepare for the receiving plan and production scheduling and closed-loop execution of the task plan. The Satellite Control Center (SCC) is designed mainly to monitor and control the operation of satellites. The Data Management System (DMS) provides data archiving, query and maintenance services for other systems.
In China, satellite launch and early on-orbit observation and control can only be completed by CLTC. The Platform has established a broad and far-reaching partnership with CLTC, and CLTC will participate in commercial aerospace projects as a subcontractor. Since the successful launch of ASIASAT-1 in 1990, CLTC has provided commercial satellite transmitter pickup services for customers from the United States, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Philippines, Nigeria and Venezuela for 36 times, and it operates the ground monitoring stations in cooperation with tracking networks of the European Space Agency, the French Space Center, the Swedish Space Center and other agencies.
